'Amir' cast & crew head to Czech Republic

Cast & crew on Iranian film ‘Amir’ has gone to venue for Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in the Czech Republic.

Iranian director Nima Eghlima’s debut film 'Amir' will be featured at the 53rd Karlovy Vary International Film Festival running in the Czech Republic city from June 29 to July 7.

‘Amir’ tells the story of the titular character who is beleaguered by other peoples’ problems.

The flick will vie with works from Germany, Poland, Greece and the Czech Republic, among others.

Male lead actor Milad Keymaram accompanies the producing team in this visit to the fest’s main venue. The flick will enjoy three showings as of Thursday.

The Karlovy Vary Film Festival is Category “A” fest in the Czech Republic. The annual festival aims to reduce the barriers between East and West Europe. It’s open to the public and is visited by thousands of young people every year.
